test-soft is a repository of information and ideas that I've accumulated and developed while testing GUI and batch applications.

I believe in a holistic approach to testing. In other words, it is not just simply about banging on a tool until you find defects. I believe that quality and customer focus is paramount and that testing should contribute constructively to the end customer experience.

To this end, I have written a number of articles and presentations which are available on this site.
